A unique experience
Break away from the monotony of traditional physical and video invitations. Opt for something modern, and make an impression by crafting moments that reflect your own style.
Amantrika began with a box of wedding cards kept for thirty years. Our story, what we believe, and what we promise the families who trust us.

We create wedding invitations in the form of a website that will make a long-lasting impression on your guests without burning your pockets.
My mother keeps a box under her bed. In it are wedding cards — her own, her sister's, cards from weddings in the family going back more than thirty years. Thick paper, gold foil, red envelopes, some of them with the rice still caught in the fold.
She has never thrown one away. Nobody in our family has.
That is the thing about an Indian wedding invitation. It is not a notification. It is the object that says a family thought of you, sat down, wrote your name, and came to your house to hand it over. The information on it — the date, the hall, the muhurat — stops being useful the day after the wedding. The card stays for decades.
I started thinking about this properly while helping with a cousin's wedding.
The venue changed eleven days before the ceremony. Four hundred cards had already gone out. What followed was a fortnight of phone calls and a WhatsApp message that some people saw and some did not — and on the day, a handful of guests still arrived at the original hall.
Meanwhile my aunt was counting RSVPs on the back of an envelope, relatives abroad were being sent photographs of the card, and my grandmother — who reads Hindi far more comfortably than English — was handed a card printed entirely in English.

None of that is a failure of the card. It is a failure of asking a printed object to do things a printed object cannot do: change, count, travel, and speak more than one language.
To give every family an invitation that carries the warmth of the card they would have printed — and does everything the card never could.
Our mission
What we offer
Six things we set out to get right, and hold ourselves to.
Break away from the monotony of traditional physical and video invitations. Opt for something modern, and make an impression by crafting moments that reflect your own style.
Craft your invitation in the language that resonates with you and your guests — so the grandmother who reads Hindi, Tamil or Gujarati more comfortably than English is not handed something she has to squint at.
Venue details, directions and transport options integrated into the invitation itself, so planning is effortless for your guests rather than a series of phone calls to you.
Every detail thoughtfully crafted, down to the border rules and the typeface each script is set in. The invitation should look like it was made for you, because it was.
Choosing digital is a conscientious step away from the paper and waste of a full card run — a celebration aligned with a greener tomorrow.
Say goodbye to the hassle and expense of traditional cards. A pocket-friendly alternative that does not ask you to compromise on style or quality.
Why choose us
We create invitations as special as your day. We are your dedicated partner in crafting unforgettable moments, with a focus on simplicity, elegance and timeless aesthetics.
Create your invitation in minutes. Enter your details and it is done — no back-and-forth with a designer, no waiting on a proof.
From creating the invitation to sending it, there is a person at the other end of the email — not a ticket queue.
The platform is easy to use. Anyone can create an invitation without any technical knowledge, on a phone, at the kitchen table.
High-quality designs that make your invitation stand out — and reach relatives on the other side of the world the same evening.
Amantrika is the other half of the card. The invitation as something that lives at a link: it updates when the venue moves, it collects the RSVPs into a list instead of a scroll, it opens in the language the person reading it is most comfortable in, it gives directions, and afterwards it holds the photographs.
It is not a replacement for the box under the bed. Most families we talk to print cards for the people they visit in person, and send a link to everyone else. That seems right to us. The card is the gesture; the link is the logistics.
Our promises
Some of these are unusual to state publicly. We would rather be held to them.
Your invitation is yours
We never publish anyone's invitation, photographs or guest details in a public gallery without being asked first — and asking means a checkbox you tick, not a line buried in terms nobody reads.
Guests are not tracked for our benefit
Hosts can see how many people opened the invitation, because that is genuinely useful when you have sent it to four hundred people. Nobody outside your dashboard sees anything, and no advertising script ever loads on a guest's page.
No invented social proof
If you do not see testimonials on this site yet, it is because we would rather show none than write fake ones.
The link never changes
Whatever you shared keeps working — through edits, through payment, through the venue moving the week before.
No dark patterns at checkout
No pre-ticked boxes, no countdown timers invented to rush you, no price that changes when you hesitate.
How it works
Create your own invitation with us and share it with just four easy steps.
Pick the theme that fits your tradition and the feeling of your wedding.
Names, ceremonies, venue, photographs. It saves as you type.
See exactly what your guests will see, on a phone, before anything is final.
One link, sent on WhatsApp. It updates whenever you edit it.
Where we are
The beginning
Four hundred printed cards, eleven days' notice, and no way to tell everyone. That is the problem Amantrika was started to solve.
First build
A small set of themes, a builder, and a link you could send. Enough to prove the idea to the families who used it.
Now
One codebase, real accounts, real RSVPs, and a design system of eight themes built for Indian traditions rather than adapted from western templates.
Next
Not a translate button — a first-class part of the invitation, with names transliterated rather than translated and the right typeface for every script.
We are building for Hindu-tradition Indian weddings first, because that is the tradition we know best and the one where getting the details wrong is most obvious. Engagements, receptions, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries and griha pravesh sit on the same foundation and follow.
Pick a theme, add your details, and see your own names in it. It is free to build — you only pay when you publish.
Amantrika was created by Prachi Jain, a software developer who started building it after helping with a family wedding where a late venue change reached only half the guests.
