Build it

You start with a theme and your details: names, the ceremonies, the venue, a photograph or two. The form asks for things in the order a guest reads them, and it saves as you type — you can stop halfway through and come back.

Everything is optional except the parts a guest actually needs. An invitation with names, a date, a venue and one event is a complete invitation. The story, the gallery, the travel notes and the FAQ are there if you want them and absent if you do not.

Change the theme whenever you like

The content of your invitation and the way it looks are stored separately. That means switching themes does not touch a word of what you have written — you can build the whole invitation, then look at it in four different themes and pick.

This is deliberate. Most people only know which theme is right once they see their own names in it.

Preview it before you pay

Before publishing, your invitation is fully viewable — the real thing, with a watermark across it. You can send that preview to your family and argue about the wording with everyone looking at the same page.

When you publish, the watermark comes off. The link does not change. Anything you shared as a preview keeps working.

You get a single URL for the invitation. Send it on WhatsApp, put it in an email, print a QR code on the physical card — it is the same link everywhere.

Collect RSVPs

Responses arrive as a list rather than as replies scattered across family groups. You can see who has responded, how many are coming to which function, and who has not answered yet — which is the part that lets you send a reminder to the twenty people who need one instead of to all four hundred.

You can export the whole thing to a spreadsheet, because at some point the caterer will ask for a number and you will want to hand them something.

Update it when things change

Venues move. Timings shift. The entrance changes to Gate 3 the night before.

Edit the invitation and every guest who already has the link sees the new version. Nothing needs re-sending, and nobody ends up at the old address with a printed card in their hand.

Afterwards

The invitation does not have to disappear the day after the wedding. It stays up for a while by default, and can be kept permanently as the place the photographs live — the link your guests already have, still working years later.
